I did some homework before purchasing, I went to the Inova website and the website's vehicle application chart said the 3150 diagnostic tool would support my 99 Chevy Cavalier ABS codes. I purchased the scanner and I received the item promptly. Laptop OBD II Scan Cudos to Amazon.com.

I connected the 3150 scanner to my vehicle and it said ABS wasn't supported. I emailed Innova Tech support and I was told to press a couple of buttons simutaneously when activating the ABS scanner. It did not work, so I emailed Innova Tech support again.

It was then that tech support told me the 3150 scanner doesn't support my vehicle. Laptop OBD II Scan So in inclusion, Innova needs to update their vehicle application chart on their website.
As for an OBDII scanner, the scanner works great for troubleshooting.
